How it works

  1. Tap the player whose turn starts.
  2. When they finish, tap the next player's button.
  3. Use pause, mute, dark mode, and settings when the table needs it.

You can change the turn duration during a game, for example to give more time in later rounds. If you change the number of players after changing the turn duration, reset the total play time so every player gets the same turn duration again.

Why this timer exists

This app was built for paper Magic: The Gathering sessions, where some turns or instant-speed decisions can take forever. It is inspired by digital game timers, but stays intentionally simple and works for many other tabletop games such as Boggle, Scrabble, Rummikub, Carcassonne, and more.

Comment ca marche

  1. Appuyez sur le joueur dont le tour commence.
  2. Quand il a termine, appuyez sur le bouton du joueur suivant.
  3. Utilisez pause, son, mode sombre et reglages selon les besoins de la table.

Vous pouvez modifier la duree des tours pendant une partie, par exemple pour donner plus de temps en fin de partie. Si vous changez le nombre de joueurs apres avoir modifie cette duree, reinitialisez le temps total pour que tous les joueurs repartent avec la meme duree de tour.

Pourquoi ce timer existe

Cette appli a ete concue pour les parties papier de Magic: The Gathering, ou certains tours et certaines decisions a vitesse d'ephemere peuvent durer trop longtemps. Elle s'inspire des timers numeriques, mais reste volontairement simple et peut aussi servir pour d'autres jeux comme Boggle, Scrabble, Rummikub, Carcassonne, etc.
